I {heart heart heart} that top pic! All the textures and light and shadows... aaaaah beautiful. You are lucky you have sun! Freezing here again. I dunno what happened to Spring. How is the blankie coming on?
haha... notice how I am weraing my "tall girl" tracky bums and fluffy socks? It's still cold... it only just now got up to 16 but was around 9 all morning... still COLD to me. Also this house seems to still be holding a lot of the cold from winter as it just never seems warm in here.
The blanky should be almost done. I am trying to find a time when the cat isnt sleeping on my bed to spread them all out and take a peek. I finished the one pound of wool and now I might just need another for those fill-in squares as well as the border. I decided that once I join then all together I am going to do a not-too-thick border around the whole lot of them just to make everything look like it gels more. I got bored on Saturday and so I completely undid th rainbow blanky and redid it. I finally figured out how to make a granny square properly and so I redid the whole thing. I am not going to redo the squares... far too much work to do that!! They will remain imperfectly gorgeous!
